Cozy home workspace for planning a budget and debt payoff together

The Debt-Free Collective:
A Debt Payoff Program
for Couples

You don't need more willpower.
You Need a Plan, a System, and People in Your Corner.

The Debt-Free Collective is a monthly membership that helps couples get on the same page with money and build a real debt payoff plan together, with live coaching, a step-by-step training library, and a community who actually gets it.

Doing this on your own? You're welcome here too.

Just $27/month • Cancel anytime • No contracts • No pressure

If You're Saying YES to Any of These...
You're in the Right Place.

You've got a debt payoff goal, but no real plan. You're just hoping the minimums add up someday.

You feel like you're working hard and doing everything right, but the debt barely moves.

You and your partner are on different pages about money, or you've just stopped talking about it.

You've made budgets before. They lasted about two weeks.

You don't have anyone to turn to when things go sideways... because who talks about this stuff?

You're tired of feeling ashamed, behind, or like everyone else has it figured out except you.

The Struggle

You don't have a willpower problem. You don't have a discipline problem.

You have a system problem. And you're trying to solve it alone, or worse, you're working against your partner instead of with them.

That changes today.

The Truth

The Debt-Free Collective logo

Introducing

A monthly membership with the training, coaching, and community you need to finally pay off debt, get on the same page as your partner, and stay on track.

Most debt payoff advice gives you a list of steps and sends you on your way. The Debt-Free Collective is different.

Inside, you get the same zero-based budgeting and debt snowball framework I teach my private coaching clients, who invest significantly for one-on-one work, now available every single month for just $27.

And you won’t be doing it alone, or working against your partner. Every month, you’ll get live coaching from me, a growing library of step-by-step training, and a private community of people who are on the exact same journey.

Three Pillars. One Powerful Membership.

📚  The 10-Module Training Library

This is the core of the membership — a complete curriculum that takes you from overwhelmed and unsure to confident and in control, together. Every module walks you step by step through a different piece of your financial life, in the right order.

Each module includes four videos, a personal welcome, a core teaching lesson, a screen-share walkthrough, and a recap with your next clear action step. No fluff. Just what you need.

Module 1: Your Money Story & Mindset  — Uncover the beliefs and patterns driving your money behavior. The emotional foundation before any numbers are touched.

Module 2: Money Tendencies & Values  — Discover your money personality across 5 dimensions, understand how tendencies interact with your partner’s, and align on the values that drive your plan.

Module 3: Budget Basics — Your Zero-Based Budget  — Build a working budget from scratch where every dollar has a job before the month begins.

Module 4: Breaking the Paycheck-to-Paycheck Cycle  — Sync bills to paychecks, plan for irregular income, and build the tracking habits that actually stick.

Module 5: Sinking Funds & Found Money  — Eliminate “surprise” expenses that derail your plan, and uncover the extra money already hiding in your budget.

Module 6: The Complete Debt Elimination System  — Build your full, personalized debt snowball plan — inventory, strategy, visual tracker, and your projected debt-free date.

Module 7: Marriage & Money  — The relational deep dive, and the heart of what makes this membership unique. Build a true financial partnership with a framework for the hard conversations, different money personalities, and navigating conflict as a team instead of opponents.

Module 8: The Hard Middle  — Reignite motivation, normalize the difficult middle of the journey, and get practical and emotional tools to keep going when the numbers feel slow.

Module 9: When Life Happens  — Handle real-life disruptions — job loss, medical bills, income drops — without permanently abandoning your debt payoff plan.

Module 10: The Final Push  — Accelerate through the finish line, plan your debt-free celebration, and look ahead with confidence to what comes next.

All members start at Module 1 — regardless of experience level. The mindset and behavioral foundation in the first two modules is what makes everything else actually stick. This is non-negotiable by design.

Here's exactly what you'll get...

What People Are Saying

When you have a real plan something shifts.

You stop dreading your bank account. You stop avoiding the money conversation with your partner. You stop watching the debt balance barely budge month after month.

You start knowing exactly which debt you’re eliminating next, and when. You start feeling like a team. You start making real, visible progress and you have people cheering you on while you do.

That’s what The Debt-Free Collective is built to give you.

Tina has a very compassionate and pragmatic approach to teaching how to develop and execute a plan to tackle financial challenges. I highly recommend her services and the name of her business, Finances Without Fear, is very appropriate as her guidance has truly removed the fear and anxiety that always accompanied the topic of finances in our marriage prior to working with her. I am so thankful we reached out to her for guidance and I think you will be too!

We were so stressed about our financial situation...Working with Tina created a starting place for us to begin the process of looking at our finances differently and without fear.

The Collective is Perfect For You If...

✓  You and your partner want to stop fighting about money and start working as a team

✓  You’re ready to stop making minimum payments and start actually eliminating debt

✓  You want a step-by-step system — not more generic money advice

✓  You’re tired of money stress affecting your relationship or your peace of mind

✓  You’ve tried budgeting before but need accountability and support to make it stick

✓  You want expert coaching without the cost of private one-on-one sessions

✓  Flying solo? The membership is great for individuals too

This is NOT for you if:

✗  You’re already debt-free with a fully funded emergency fund and a working budget

✗  You’re not willing to do the work — this is a do-it-with-you membership,

not a do-it-for-you service

✗  You’re looking for investment advice or get-rich-quick strategies

If you’re ready to put in the work and finally make real progress?

This is exactly where you belong.

Seeing couples all around me struggle with money, and in their marriage, inspired me to create something to help more people find peace.

My name is Tina Bunn

I used to hide spending from my husband, Zach. We fought about money, and I carried a lot of shame about it. Nobody had ever shown me what healthy money looked like in a marriage.

Then we decided to change it, together. We paid off nearly $50,000 in about 11 months and built a fully funded emergency fund. But the biggest change wasn't in our bank account. We stopped fighting about money and started working as a team.

Now I help couples do the same thing. I love my one-on-one clients, but I can't work privately with every couple who needs this, and not everyone can afford private coaching. So I built the Collective to make the same system I teach my private clients available to more couples, at a price that doesn't add to the stress.

I’ve taken what I’ve learned and created a different kind of money membership, focused on your relationship and your peace of mind, not just your budget.

Your Questions, Answered

I've tried budgeting before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Because most budgets fail for one of two reasons: you skipped the foundation (your money mindset and values), or you didn’t have ongoing support when life got hard. The Debt-Free Collective fixes both. Every member starts at Module 1 to build the right foundation, and you’ll have live coaching and community every single month to keep you on track.

Does my spouse need to join too?

Ideally you’ll do this together — becoming a team with your money is far more effective than one person trying to manage everything alone. But the membership absolutely works for individuals too. All content is intentionally designed for both couples and solo members from the start.

What if I’m completely new to budgeting?

You’re in exactly the right place. Module 1 starts at the foundation (your money story and mindset) and every member works through the library in sequence. No experience needed. Just willingness to show up. Want a head start before you join? Here's my guide to building a debt payoff plan for couples.

What if I miss a live training call?

Every call is recorded and posted in the Live Training Replays channel within 24 hours. You can watch on your own schedule, anytime.

How is this different from a budgeting app or a debt payoff calculator?

Apps and calculators can do the math, but they can't get two people on the same page. The Collective starts with your money story and how you and your partner communicate, then builds your budget and debt snowball plan on that foundation, with live coaching and community to keep you going when it gets hard.

Is $27/month really worth it?

Here’s one way to think about it: if the training and coaching help you find even one overlooked subscription, redirect one impulse purchase, or pay off a debt even one month sooner — the membership has already covered itself many times over. And you can cancel anytime if it’s not the right fit.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no commitments, no pressure. Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again.

Do you offer private coaching?

Yes. If you'd rather work with me one-on-one, book a free Discovery Session and we'll talk through whether private coaching is the right fit.

Where Do You Want to Be a Year From Now?

You can keep doing what you've been doing: making the minimums, putting off the money talk, carrying it on your own. No judgment. Most of the couples I work with started right there.

Or you can start this month with a real plan. Know which debt you're paying off first and roughly when you'll be done. Feel like you're on the same team again. Have coaching and a community behind you the whole way.

If this is the month you stop fighting about money, I'd love to help.
